A Professional Footballer’s HOME WORKOUT with Jack Blake

Warm up, then go for a 3 mile jog. Then complete 5 reps of the following with Jack Blake.

1. Squat

2. Side lying leg raises

3. Reverse crunch

4. Reverse lunge

5. Push ups

6. Dead bug

7. Lateral lunge

8. Plank

9. Pistol squat

10. Calf Raises


You will need a either a laptop, iPad or phone to watch the sessions while you train. Set it up so the video session is played at full screen.

Add some structure to your training. Choose how often you wish to train – once a day, every other day, it’s up to you. Then choose a time of day then stick to it and maintain it.
