10Knee/Leg Strengthening Exercises. Build strong Leg Muscles

By using these 10 knee strengthening exercises regularly, you can keep the muscles strong surrounding the knee to help prevent injuries and boost performance. I would recommend doing each exercise for 4 sets (10 reps per leg for single leg exercises and 20-30 seconds per rep for isometric exercises).


You will need a either a laptop, iPad or phone to watch the sessions while you train. Set it up so the video session is played at full screen.

Add some structure to your training. Choose how often you wish to train – once a day, every other day, it’s up to you. Then choose a time of day then stick to it and maintain it.
