30 Min Ball Mastery & Agility session
Round 1: • ‘Side to side’ (20s ON : 40s OFF) • ‘Back, Across, Up’ (20s ON : 40s OFF) _____ 4 sets alternating each exercise (8 minutes) Then, rest for 2 minutes before moving on
Round 2: • ‘Stepover’ (20s ON : 40s OFF) • ‘Pull Back + Stop & Go’ (20s ON : 40s OFF) _____ 4 sets alternating each exercise (8 minutes) Then, rest for 2 minutes before moving on
Round 3: • ‘Step Behind’ (20s ON : 40s OFF) • ‘’L’ + ‘V’’ (Strong foot only) (20s ON : 40s OFF)
4 sets alternating each exercise (8 minutes) Then, rest for 2 minutes.
You will need a either a laptop, iPad or phone to watch the sessions while you train. Set it up so the video session is played at full screen.
Add some structure to your training. Choose how often you wish to train – once a day, every other day, it’s up to you. Then choose a time of day then stick to it and maintain it.
